I can see the sea

This was my day people, I know, it was tough. Hung out at the beach enjoying the wonderful feeling of sand between my toes and the seemingly never ending reaches of the sea. My local beach is a little know place called Camber Sands. I kid, I kid, Camber is of course a famous fashion landmark for being the place where Corrine Day photographed THAT iconic editorial of Kate Moss. I love it when it looks like this and there is barely anyone about, I mainly don't bother even leaving my town if it's hot on a weekend as I know I'll be stuck in Camber traffic for hours! Talk about fair-weather friends.

A little reading to catch up on, including i:D, POP, and Vogue, which I cannot believe I have had for a week and only just got around to opening! There is a fantastic article about British fashion designers to celebrate 25 years of LFW with some beautiful portraits to accompany it so if you can get a hold of a copy I suggest you have a read. I have started to feel guilty about how many magazines I buy and only briefly flick through...

I also watched the amazing documentary by Jon Ronson, who I LOVE, on Stanley Kubrick, Stanley Kubrick's Boxes, a remarkable insight. Friends have commented before about my slight tendencies towards OCD and organisation but Kubrick took it to extraordinary lengths. Watch.
